My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! My first thought was, is this a museum or a hotel!? It was marvellous. The 200 year old family artifacts throughout the room and the rest...

Great pool and spacious rooms.

From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. The room was spacious, light and clean. They cleaned our room every day, and left clean towels when needed. Plenty of space to park, for free. The continental buffet style breakfast was always kept filled with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fresh bread, cooked meats,...

The service at Hotel Ghala is second to none. The staff are amazing -Always helpful and accommodating- they went out of their way to make our stay with them excellent. Very good spot for touring around this part of Puglia.

Amazing hotel, giant rooms!

We loved the location, the rooftop, the breakfast. The staff were amazing and I was really sad to leave. Grazie mille!!!

If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least).

Very well equipped hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Friendly staff, even though we went off season the owner kept the bar open for us. Top guy !

Lovely pool, beautiful grounds and wonderful breakfast!

We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot...
