Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell."

"The bedding had hair on the sheets of both beds. The cleaning staff changed the linen & honored the rest of my requests on the card the next day. The staff was helpful, but the issue with the bedding really negatively impacted my peace of mind."

"Great hotel but slowest elevator ever made so try to stay lowest level possible. Great room and great bed but terrible pillows. No usb chargers outer usb port for charging like similar other hotels. Great parking and helpful staff."

"The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room."

"Room was clean and it’s great for a stay with historic ties. The haunted rooms 24 and 27 probably should go on the Expedia advert. Perfect if you want to see all the Minuteman battle trail sites. Tuesday the Concorde band plays in front of the inn which is great for a drink and dinner. The aircon was quite noisy which made it harder to sleep."

"Dirty room. People outside front door entrance sitting on cement area smoking and drinking beer. Uncomfortable to go by them. Toilet leaked breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee Staff was responsive to request for towels and pots to cook with and utensils."
