Hotel was very clean. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and we were able to put her in her kennel in our room and go next door to eat dinner. Staff was very nice.

The night staff was super nice and helpful! Check in was easy. The room was nice, no weird smells, TV, wifi and air unit were all good. The walls in the bathroom and sink area, light switches, hair dryer and remote could have used a good cleaning. So i took one star awya.

Blankets and pillow cases were visibly stained (makeup and dirt). I asked for new ones, and they handed me freshly washed ones (still warm from the laundry) that also had visible stains. My daughter was distressed about it, I told her they were clean, even though they were dirty. All that said, *every* worker I came across was SO friendly and willing to help us, they were truly outstanding, and doing the best with what they are able to offer. I think it is just a corporate/regional choice to keep linens in rotation even when they have stains that won’t come out. Also thought it was funny that the pillows were square shaped: Looking closer, we saw they were regular sized, but they were so floppy and worn out that they had to be folded in half in order to feel like a pillow at all. We asked for new ones, (and again the staff were SO friendly and eager to help) but all they had to give were more floppy ones). I suspect it’s also a corporate/regional choice to keep things in rotation a little longer, make them last. I get it, times are tough for all of us, but we’ll pay a little more to stay somewhere else in the future.

The first room smelled of smoke but they moved us to a new room which was very clean. The only problem was the towels stunk. Also, the beds were comfortable but there wasn't any chairs in the room, no toiletries except soap. Refrigerator and microwave worked. They advertise a pool, which looks very nice, but it was out of order due to the city shutting down because it didn't have handicap capabilities.

We were billed twice for deposit on each room. One smelled like cigarettes, the other was filthy. The pillows were small and felt like cotton balls. The bathroom was dirty and the water pressure was poor.

Unfortunately we were underwhelmed with this property. When we arrived we were surprised that the pool was out of advertised. When I inquired about it to the staff they said that they took it off their amenity list but the pool is still listed in their images which is confusing. Our hotel room was definitely run down, broken office chair, missing remote for the TV, chipped paint and scratches all over the room, almost looks like dog scratches. Something to keep in mind, the breakfast offered was minimal. Unfortunately we would not return.

The property was very clean with towels and supplies well stocked. However, we had a problem with the window shade and a question about the wifi, but the labels on the room phone were gone and we had no idea how to call the front desk. The breakfast was minimal and the area was not well attended for cleanliness. We enjoyed the italian restaurant next door.
