"I would recommend the Hotel Hostal Caps Mall. PROS: 1. Located in a mall. This makes the hotel very safe and convenient. The mall has a gym, food court (McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, a few steak houses, etc), Oxxo, Exito, movie theater, ATMs, casino, bar, etc. 2. Quiet (which is rare in Bogota) since it is located inside a mall on the 3rd floor. No road or party noise coming from the street. 3. Showers have nice rainfall showerheads with plenty of hot water. 4. Samsung Smart TV located in...
