"The property was unique and a surprise. Was located slightly off busy traffic and in a very quiet area. The lobby and openness of pool area was pleasant and unexpected. The rooms were clean and large in size. Only wish they still had a restaurant on site, but there were offsite dining available."

"Booked a room with two queen beds, got a room with two full size beds. No hand soap in the room or bathroom, had to wash hands with shampoo. Shower curtain rod was so rusty, looked like it was about to fall down. The staff at the front counter when checking in was very nice"

"Very clean, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. However, if you are a light sleeper the hotel is right next to train tracks and multiple trains went by throughout the night with loud horns and rumbling. I did not sleep well at all."

"Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

"we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again"

"Or ac didn’t work, the ceiling was leaking water from the light fixture and we were on the second floor so God only knows what was going on in there. The curtains and bedding was stained in our room and our friends room. Their air worked slightly better than ours but not by much. We went outside to try and cool down and as soon as we step out the door I noticed that it looked like the entire ground was moving as millions of ants were crawling around their trash can and into the building....

"The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...
