I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. "Atendimento excepcional. O chalé é de um conforto mediano. Muito frio na madrugada, o aquecimento do ar-condicionado não funcionou. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back.
The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests.
