The thoughtfulness and consideration of the property manager, Faye, is second to none. The cabins are extremely comfortable as well, and are stocked with pretty much anything you could think of. "Worst staff in any hotel I’ve ever been to! My door lock broke and they never fixed it so I had to put a newspaper between the lock and the door. I have dogs, when they hear noise from the hallway they have barked as the door is not secure! Back entry doors are always broken. Now I got a message I have been kicked out because my dogs bark when the hear noise. I have heard dogs bark there as dogs bark. Nothing was offensive what do they expect if door is partially open? "

"The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because I selected this hotel for pool use. The lobby area was welcoming and cozy with the fireplace and the mountainous views were spectacular "
