Our first taste of an American roadside motel and we were very impressed. Check in was a doddle, lobby very nice and room very comfortable. Good TV and beds. A bonus being Lucky's stake house just across the way. All in all a very good accommodation and at a very good price.

Style and decor of the building was in keeping with the Frankenmouth.
Generally clean building, we were notified via email, a number of days before we travelled, that the hotel was having renovations done, but it shouldn't impact the service too muck.

This motel was really nice. Good room, equipped with everything you need, lots of sockets and USB ports for charging stuff, good WiFi, lovely staff, a decent continental breakfast included. Easy enough to walk to the main shopping centre of frankenmuth, only about 10mins walk. We had a lovely stay!

We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run.
Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family".
Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left.
If our travel dictates we will stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant through-out our stay. They made sure we had hot drinks for our 3am check out.
The free complimentary breakfast was nice with a good range of items.
