"The property, although older, was incredibly well maintained. Everybody on the staff from the front desk, breakfast server, to the housekeeping were warm and friendly. Considering our over all cost for a nine day stay, I think we got more than we paid for just due to the hospitality of everybody we engaged. "Both the kickback meal and breakfast were excellent and saved us money by not having to eat out. The extra perks of unlimited soda and popcorn make the money spent on our room an even better value. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for checking out the area. We would definitely stay here again if in Iowa city area in the future."

"A++++++++++++ was a nice hotel, enjoyed the in room jacizzi, swimming pool, and the breakfast. Was in a great location about 1/2 mile off the highway and close to a few restaurants. Will stay there again"

"The property is clean and maintained. We tried it because of the reasonable pet fee ($25). We had a room with a jacuzzi, which we will avoid repeating. There was nothing wrong with it, and the front desk did ASK if would take it. But it is a lot of wasted space."

"Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!"

"This would've been a five star review but for the postage stamp size pillows. If you don't mind sleeping on a throw pillow great! But if you want something bigger this isn't the place for you. The hotel could at least provide a variety. One woman who asked for a regular size pillow never got it"

"Very nice! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & comfortable & we always like the roomy bathrooms. Breakfast areas was better than many hotels. First floor was under renovation, but never disturbed us. When we travel we usually look for a Hampton Inn & this one was just what we needed."

"At check in, noise from water feature was so loud the receptionist and I had to shout at each other. To get to the converence center it was necessary to walk some distance throgh smoke filled casino. Buffet open only Thurs-Sun leaving only fance dinning or snack bar as options. Wait staff and service in fancy dinning slow and did not seem experienced, needing reminding what servicing pieces were needed."

"So the bed was clean, every thing else was used up and stained. Makeup smudges on the hairdryer, which made me wonder about other surfaces. Room smelled like someone had cooked something fragrant in there, could only open the window 6” to try and air it out. Fine for a quick stay, it was quiet and well priced, perfectly mediocre."
