The staff and room were appalling. I waited 30 minutes at front desk to even begin check in before a front desk representative arrived. Parking was good for the first couple of nights then it got busier. Area that surrounded the property wasn’t that secure and ran down but other than that everything was fine

Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.
