"There was an issue with check in because of my arrival time. It appears that this location does not offer check in after the lobby closes. That information was not on the website. We ended up in a handicap room, didn't need one. It made the kitchen a little awkward to navigate (small sink, and microwave); extra apparatus in the bathroom, a very small desk in the bedroom area."

"The carpet was severely stained, dirt and mold in the bathroom, blanket on bed was so old it was lumpy, the grounds were not mowed and weeds were 1-2 feet high."

"Everything was good, nothing to really complain about. When they tell you the pool is indoors but not heated they mean it! The water was coldddd. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was well stocked. I would definitely visit again."

"There was a huge stain in the middle of the room on the carpet. When I took a picture and showed the staff, they were apologetic, yet, never tried to extract the stain off of the carpet or fix it."

"The lobby and grounds were nice and clean and well kept but the rooms were a little less than and it appeared to have had some water damage of some sort in the room and never completely took care of. The breakfast was good but I was under the impression that it was included in the price and that wasn't the case. The staff on the other hand were very nice. Thank you"
