"Cabin #1 stay there frequently not too many issues. however this time wasp in the loft luckily no one got stung. the trees are nice but winds made the trees scraping the cabin the entire night due to weather.. so look in the loft during operating hours not late at night. another time showed up in the evening and no staff available to check in. Was reimbursed but just an inconvenience find somewhere else to stay."

I called the front desk and the gentleman came right away to make sure that the channels were working. He got the problem solved and made sure there were no issues. Thank You Sir."

Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night. Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. Parking is plentiful with lobby entrances front & back. Pleasant staff at the desk & nice notes in the room from housekeeping. "
