"The Villa Athena is an amazing luxury hotel with an amazing location. With a direct view of Greek temples, as well as private access, sets this property apart from others. In addition the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We also enjoyed our private balcony with direct access to the property and pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I like the size of the resort as it feels more intimate and personalized. We also took advantage of the amazing restaurant as well. We...

"Breakfast good, parking great but general atmosphere lacking in charm much like the city itself."

"This is a premier location in Agrigento. Directly off the main via Athenea and no more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere you would want or need to be. The unit itself is as advertised."

"The entrance of the BB is dusty and quite unattractive. The elevator was small but at least available. The rooms are ok but lacking some amenities. Breakfast was nothing special- store bought cakes- served w commercial wrapper.. lol Parking is only off street and a bit confusing where it’s allowed. Can walk to valley of temples but no sidewalk. We drove car for safety."

The Italian-made bathroom products were top-notch, and Euterpe was the only place during our travels in Italy that provided dental kits, a shaving kit and a comb without our even asking! The linens and towels were exceptionally luxurious, the minibar prices very reasonable, and we were welcomed with a small bottle of quality wine and a lovely...

"Superb Hotel, nice rooms, wonderful staff. Huge swimming pool. Very close location to Historic sites like Valley of Temples 7 minutes away and "The Turkish steps", 20 minutes driving. Close to beautiful beaches."

"Magnifique lieu pour se reposer et passer un très agréable moment. Les chambres sont modernes est propres. La piscine est très agréable et l’accueil très bon."

Let's start with the amazing: outstanding gardens, pool, landscaping and just the general luxurious feel of the place. The suite we had was excellent as well, with a few issues (weird lighting controls, typical in Europe so no points lost there) and a glass door on the toilet room (gross, hotels need to stop doing this). Strong wifi. Comfy bed. Great AC. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! I...
