"1) The only thing I would say is that shower floor level is such that water does not drain out into the hole. In our room, it seemed that water was gathering on the shower floor. 2) Could do with more wardrobe space. 3) Chris and Sheila at reception need special mention. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Thank you! "

"Our room on the outside was flawless and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and treats. The front desk staffs and the managers accommodated our every request with courtesy. Housekeeping was also excellent. They never bothered us while we were in the room and seemed to know when we were out. The midtown location is also very convenient to everything. "

"The staff was very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after checkout. Complimentary beverages and refills were provided. I booked through third party and no issues with reservation. We had the family suite which included 2 full beds, 1 king, 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and perfect size for 4 adults. "
