"We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the staff! They were great and made us feel so welcome. Shout out to Beverly, Shaniqua and Enrique. We enjoyed visiting with them and they made sure all of our needs were met. We didn’t get to know the rest of the staff as well, but they were all very friendly. Location was also great! We highly recommend and we’ll stay here again in the future."

"The breakfast potatoes tasted weird but it was ok"

"Left hotel at midnight because our room was very hot -- the A/C didn't work, and windows don't open, so we were stuck in a very stuffy, hot room, and couldn't sleep. Apparently the buildling's HVAC system was only set to heat, so setting the in-room thermostat to cool was pointless. Other customers were also complaining. After an hour, the staff brought us a small fan as a solution -- but they were running out for other rooms. The front desk staff said no other rooms were available and claimed they could not book us in another hotel (which I find hard to believe -- just protecting their profits as a matter of practice). Without too much arguing, they agreed to a full refund (which indicates how bad the situation was, if they didn't put up a fight). After midnight, I booked a hotel down the street, which obviously was more expensive last minute. The hotel didn't follow up with Expedia of course, so I had to bear the burden of resolving the refund myself. Basically, the hotel seems to run on a shoestring: unhappy, overworked staff; reliant on self-check via screens; slightly run down and generally uncomortable. Some bean counters and executives are certainly making a great bonus by making everyone else miserable. "
