"After the frst night, we informed staff that our shower/tub was not draining properly. We were promised that it would be taken care of promptly. It was not, the tub still filled during showers with the drain open. Unacceptable."

"When I got out from the car,holding my family drive thru dinner brown bags trash to throw away,the hotel employee was standing outside and asked me how was your meal. My family checked in past 11:30pm and the front desk guy(it's the same guyu who asked me earlier how was your meal) gave us our room ..."
