"The room was beautiful, bed very comfortable - we loved the outdoor shower. Nhuan, on reception, was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to visit, places to eat and organising spa bookings for us. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. "The hotel is beautiful the amenities not so much. Food was mediocre the coffee espresso machine in the room was broken . they charged me for every soda bottle I drank so for $300 a night they could do better. The pool area is stunning and so is the beach."
