"The family that runs the place is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and beauty surrounds the place. The dining experience is excellent and the pool is relaxing. There are good day hikes close by and some amazing small cities to visit. The staff will share their knowledge of the area. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

"Das Hotel ist der Hammer ! Wir sind eine Nacht auf der Durchreise geblieben und hatten 2 Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück für unsere Familie. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, das Abendessen sehr lecker und beim Frühstück gibt es eine riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Brötchen und Brot Sorten, Aufschnitt, Obst Gemüse Ei und viel mehr. Wir würden als durchreisende hier immer her kommen, zum Urlaub machen mit Kindern nicht da wir direkt fussläufig am see dann bleiben würden. Dennoch 5/5! "

Angela took good care of us upon our arrival. She took time to explain area - how to purchase bus tickets to and from church. Hotel breakfast is one of the best we had on trip. Spiazzi is a hidden gem - exceeded expectations. "
