Creemos que deberían hacer limpieza diaria de los departamentos, si te quedas una semana son solo dos limpiezas y en la primera no te cambian las sábanas. El departamento de dos tiene una distribución rara. El espacio común queda muy pequeño y el baño tiene una mampara muy incómoda. Por lo demás, Antonia nos trató muy bien, la ubicación es muy buena, es un lugar muy tranquilo y la playa es preciosa.

El apartamento está muy bien en general, la atención a la llegada fue muy muy buena. Si es cierto que se agradecería algo más de menaje de cocina, la nevera es lo que le falla, era pequeña y el congelador no estaba separada del frigorífico. Quitando este punto por lo demás un sitio tranquilo para estar en familia, con una piscina muy buena. Y el entorno es muy bonito.

Schöne Anlage - Einrichtung ist zu renovieren

Der Gesamtzustand der Außenanlage ist schön angelegt und im allgemein gepflegten Zustand. Positiv: Ein großzügiger Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive! Positiv: Preis war attraktiv - allerdings haben wir uns von positiven Meldungen bei Tripadvisor etc. irreführen lassen. Allerdings wird im Umfeld noch gebaut (neben der Poolanlage). Die Appartement Ausstattung ist alt und verlebt - das Sofa war nur mit einer Zusatzdecke zu nutzen. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht sauber und komplett (Wasserkocher, Teekanne etc. fehlten) und auch der Gesamteindruck war nicht "clean". Der Empfang war freundlich - bis zu den ersten Reklamationen - letztendlich war eine kulante Verkürzung der Buchung möglich.

Las partes comunes son agradables, todo está muy limpio La piscina limpísima El personal es amable Dispone de aparcamiento cubierto Se respira tranquilidad No posee cafetería ni restaurante La playa más cercana se encuentra a 400m Las carreteras de acceso presentan un estado de conservación deficiente La limpieza no es diaria, figura en las condiciones Pasé la mano por el suelo y dedos blancos Las sábanas limpias vienen con ligeras manchas amarillentas Debe ser uno mismo quien tire la basura, excepto los días de limpieza La encimera de mármol estaba partida El sofá-cama estaba sucio en los posa brazos, y una parte del respaldo descosida Algunos puntos de la pared presentaban ligeros desconchones de la pintura y manchas La ducha perdía agua por una ranura se formaba un charco fuera. Al no haber fregona, lo recogíamos con papel higiénico, pero al atenderse la habitación cada tres días, debíamos ir a recepción para que nos facilitaran más rollos. Este tipo de cosas, pueden ser aceptables en función del precio, pero en un establecimiento de este precio, no.

Schöne Anlage, leider schlechter Service :(

Wir waren in der Low-Season, Anfang November, für 5 Tage zu Gast und der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Freundlicher Empfang, schönes & sauberes Apartment, gepflegte Anlage. Leider hat sich in den fünf Tagen jedeoch keiner um unseren Müll, Handtücher etc gekümmert. Wenn schon keiner zum saubermachen kommt, hätte man wenigstens einen Staubsaueger o.ä. bereitstellen können. Schließlich bringt man immer ein wenig Sand vom Meer mit nach Hause :) Sehr schade, dass sind wir anders gewohnt. Den Müll haben wir dann selber an entsorgt - ein wenig außerhalb der Anlage standen Müllkontainer. Mülltüten und auch Toilettenpapier wurden nicht nachgefüllt - konnten wir aber an der Rezeption erhalten. Es ist ja nicht so als könnte man sich im Urlaub nicht bewegen :) Letzlich ist zu sagen, wenn der Service da gewesen wäre hätten wir auch mit 4,5 benotet!

Son unos apartamentos nuevos en muy buen estado.

Son unos apartamentos nuevos y comodos. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias tanto los jardinez como la piscina o el apartamento. El personal de recepcion es muy amable. Por decir algo no tan bueno dire que no tuene lavavajillas pero lis colchones son muy nuevos.

el tiempo no acompañó

Un estupendo fin de semana. Tuvimos apartamento de categoría superior a la contratada, desde la ventana del salón se veía el mar. También pudimos estar en la terraza con su gran sombrilla. Ya conocíamos los apartamentos Piedramar y siguen destacando por su limpieza y mantenimiento, gusto en decoración y unas bonitas zonas comunes entre los apartamentos con plantas y banquitos todo muy cuidado. Como el tiempo no acompañó no hicimos uso de su piscina de agua salada...

HOTEL DNS COIN CALME

Nous avons eu très peu de chance au niveau du temps : pluie et vent tous les jours les 6 jours début mars. Dommage car c'est très rare, que l'environnement de l'hôtel est parfait (plage très proche) pour qui possède une voiture et une carte détaillée ou un GPS (indispensable hors saison au moins). Pour les visites (toujours avec voiture), il est situé près de l'autoroute gratuite menant à Cadix, Gibraltar...En ce qui concerne l'hôtel proprement dit, il faut arriver avec un téléphone portable toujours hors saison (mars) car la réception est fermée sauf ponctuellement. Les employés, très agréables, ne viennent , dans les 10 minutes, que sur appel. Les appartements sont parfaitement propres à l'arrivée, mais ensuite, c'est à nous de faire le ménage. . La cuisine est assez grande , avec plaques, micro-onde , frigo/ frizer et des placards (ce n'est pas une kitchenette!) mais il y peu de vaisselle (pas de bols, que des tasses assez petites)Il y a la clim et le chauffage mais c'est assez bruyant .L'appartement était agréable, relativement spacieux et lumineux, pas de double vitrage. La literie était par contre peu confortable : nous avons du glisser un traversin sous le matelas,en son milieu dans le sens de la longueur, car sinon nous tombions l'un sur l'autre ..Ceci dit, nous reviendrons là-bas avec plaisir sous le soleil wifi gratuitet parking souterrain à disposition des clients

The place to go!

This is truly a lovely complex and a wonderful place to stay. The gardens and pool areas are superb and add to the pleasant atmosphere. The pool is great with sunbeds and large umberellas for all. Our apartment was comfortable and well appointed and the private patio and garden was a wonderful extra. The reception staff were welcoming and so helpful. Underground and secure parking was useful. We were in Fuente del Gallo for a family party and the stay at the Piedramar complimented a wonderful occassion beautifully.

Dejligt sted,men svært at finde

Vidunderlig oplevelse at komme ind i den lyse og smukke lejlighed. Eneste minus var at det var svært at finde. Men her er et godt tip: Spørg efter Flamenco Hotel,det er kendt i området. Når du er foran Flamenco, kan du se Piedramar 100 m længere fremme på højre side af vejen.

Well kept apartments in a pleasant area.

When we arrived we were told we would be upgraded to a slightly larger apartment. The room was OK but still wet from the cleaners. It felt cold because, being the low season, it had probably been empty for a while. The kitchen equipment/crockery/cutlery was basic but sufficient. It lacked a kettle but this was supplied when requested. The heating (air con) was excellent. The surroundings are extremely well maintained, clean and tidy. The underground car park gave added security. Also free Wi-fi available. There were only a few residents in the apartments during our stay (6 nights). I would expect the place would be buzzing in the Summer especially arount the nice swimming pool. Only 5 mins walk to a very nice beach and Conil is a 5 mins car ride away. The Manager was very pleasant, nothing was too much bother. Overall a pleasant stay in a new part of Spain for us.
