"If you're basically looking for a place to just sleep then this place is probably ok. The rooms are mediocre. The pool and its surroundings are very unappealing. The gentleman that checked us in was very cordial and helpful. That was the extent of the friendliness, no other acknowledgement at all from the rest of the staff. However, the other guests were quite friendly. Beware! Our second night there, we had settled in when someone attempted to enter our room. If we had not had the extra security latch in place, he would have walked right in. It was a staff member who said he was dropping off toilet paper, that a guest had requested, and was apparently given the wrong room number?? This was a very unsettling experience. Besides check in (and friendly guests) the best thing I can say about this place is they have a good free breakfast."

"It was quiet because there wasn’t anybody there. The bed was comfortable. The room was not very well designed. Felt very prison like? Was not very clean. The microwave was unusable. See attached photo. The key card I was issued only worked once, when I checked in. When I returned from my job at 1:30am the key no longer worked and I had to go to the front desk to get it revived. The external electrical conduit in the room along the breaker box should have discounted the room just for esthetics. "

"Front desk person was very rude and dismissive and would not allow me to speak when i was trying to explain my situation as i had some workers show up to stay at the hotel. They refused to work with me on changing the name on the reservation and told me i could not get a refund. Horrible customer service and overall experience."

"Front desk Sue was very nice and explained everything..me and my daughter had a good staycation.. breakfast was so cool you make your own waffles love it "

"Property was clean and updated. The room was also clean. I booked a room for 4 which included a sofa bed. There was no bedding for it in the room. I had to walk to the front desk to obtain it and once I opened it, realized it didn’t even include a sheet the right size. Only a thin brown blanket was provided, which wasn’t very warm. Our AC was malfunctioning and made it extremely cold in the room. The receptionist at the front desk did bring a space heater and extra brown blankets. I asked for a big comforter but I was told they didn’t have anymore. We had a table in the kitchen with only two chairs.. not sure where the other two were. Breakfast included which was a plus but they could benefit from some hot breakfast like eggs, sausage, etc. "

"Property was very dirty. There was dog pee all over the hallways. The rooms were very nasty. All of our sheets and pillowcases had hair and body fluid on them. The tub was no longer white but yello/cream. Mold and pealing paint in the bathroom from shower moisture. I wouldnt even pay $40 to stay at this hotel very very unsatisfied. "
