The staff were all friendly but on our arrival we had to go and find a member of staff to check us in - it was deserted. Checking out was lengthy as there was confusion from the hotel about what we had booked and paid for, we were clear about our booking and showed our digital booking forms but the receptionist was not convinced by it. "
