"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was pretty basic, but quiet. lobby, hallways & main areas are in need to a remodel. Biggest issue was checkout time - 10am. That is a very early time for checkout. Most hotels are 11am-12pm. I would have definitely preferred a later checkout time.... "

"I have been taken by Expedia I cannot believe that they have done what they have done I have asked many times for someone to call me with Expedia and nothing has been done they have taken 454 of my hard earned money and they have kept it I did not stay one night at this motel I don't have any type of information and therefore it won't prompt me to speak to a customer service person an actual person I'm dealing with this AI idiotic stuff which is absolutely ridiculous I'm requesting once again for a phone call 502-821-3686 my name is Mark Mattingly I'm very concerned with the way I was treated I'm a disabled veteran I was treated at this Best Western certainly with some civil rights issues that could be addressed also I want a full refund please be advised someone needs to contact me ASAP this has been going on for a month you have my money you were supposed to render a service to me you did not render any service to me and you owe me a refund thank you I'm looking forward to someone from Expedia getting in touch with me ASAP my next step will have to go legal because no one is listening"

"All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9"
