Nothing about this hotel felt clean, not even the sheets. The carpet so much so that I wouldn't go barefoot on it. The hot tub was out of service for chemical rebalancing, and when it opened it had way too much chlorine and we felt like we couldn't wash it all off. In fact my daughter got red rashes ...

The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake.

Thank you to the staff who checked us in. She was very accommodating as we had a dog with us. He's our family and she treated him as such. Room was very clean, smells clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely keep staying here when visiting Lutsen.
