Very welcoming.

We had a nice stay, its very clean and comfortable, the couple who run the place are very helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help. The location is out of the way in the country, so its very quiet and relaxing. Bring cash as none of the restaurants take a card.

My room did not have WIFI as advertised. I would not have booked this hotel if I had know this. My room was very hot, and the only light in the room was from a skylight.

Nice elderly couple running the B&B - and also the adjoined Pub. Nice and clean room with a spacious en-suite bathroom (the biggest I've met on this trip) They make a nice traditional Irish breakfast and do soup and sandwiches in the Pub. Nice place to stay. Very local - in a good way.

Nice but small

The room was definitely not howbi looks in the photos. So tiny and no room at all to move. Bathroom was good but coffee making area was terribly cramped. Host was lovely. Would stay again if I was guaranteed the advertised photos.

The host Mary greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming and helpful. The room allocated to us was up a flight of stairs but as soon as Mary saw my wife had a problem with her knees, she switched us to a ground floor room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Mary was very helpful in giving us instructions on where to go and what to see.

Great hospitality!

We arrived late and the host was so accommodating. When he saw the lot of luggage we had with us, he changed our room from upstairs to street level with private entrance! Very comfortable. Just be careful in bath area and put down a towel outside shower as water leaked to the floor and made it very slippery. Overall a nice overnight stay and breakfast was delicious!

Comfortable countryside stay

Mary was a wonderful host, welcoming us and getting us settled into our spacious room on the first floor. The bed was warm and comfortable, and we took advantage of the extra pillows in the closet to make things even cozier. We enjoyed a home cooked breakfast in the morning in the dining room, which was delicious.

Fabulous stay

Fabulous stay at a place that feels like home. Mary and Liam are very accommodating to any request you may have. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

Wonderful country hospitality.

Mary was a fabulous host, couldn't do anymore for us. She was a great local ambassador and told us about all the places to go and visit in the time we were there. We wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was wonderful.

Had an amazing two night stay here. Liam and Mary great hosts. Rooms spotless and very comfortable and bar if you fancy a pint of the black stuff. Location quiet remote very quiet but good base if your sightseeing. Liam great info on places to see. Thankyou both for relaxing stay

Notre séjour à Mountain Inn a été excellent. Mary est adorable. Elle nous a indiqué les sites à voir dans la région, nous a fait venir un repas du soir ; une femme formidable. La chambre était très calme, le pub très accueillant.

Sehr nette Gastgeber!

Sehr ruhige Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für bspw. Besuch der Cliffs of Slieve (für "lauffaule": nicht am unteren Parkplatz parken, sondern durch das einfach zu öffnende Tiergater ganz nach oben fahren (teilweise im ersten Gang!), dadurch spart man sich m.M. nach eine gute Stunde, teils sehr steilen Anstieg) und der Stadt Mullaghmore (unbedingt besichtigen und komplett außen rum fahren, auch wenn es nach Radwegen aussieht...!). Super nette Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich sind und tolle Ausflugstipps geben. Full irish breakfast war klasse. War sehr entspannt hier, vielen Dank!

Realy Comfy and warm Welcome awaits you.

VERY helpful and welcoming host. Would recommend. However, they do not offer an evening meal and nowhere realy local to get food. So a 15 - 20 mom drive would be required to get to a town or Sligo.

A little gem!

Beautiful place to stay. 5 star service and the lovely host can't do enough for you. Fabulous and plentiful breakfast. Comfy bed. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Onsite bar. Excellent mountain and countryside views. We'd highly recommend the Mountain Inn. We will stay again.

Hotel is very clean, bed very comfortable, owner was very nice and friendly, they have everything what you need for relaxing stay outside of town, 1km away there s Chinese take away with delicious duck, room was very clean Highly recommended to everyone

Great country Inn with impeccable service.

This place was a real surprise. Very comfortable and warm with friendly bar downstairs. Service is impeccable. No evening food but Mary offered to collect Chinese from nearby take away store which we ate in the bar. Breakfast is extra to room tariff but worth it. Had Irish smoked salmon with eggs.
