This was a splendid place to stay, off the Main Street and very quiet, the place was spotless, very clean, bed was excellent as I’m fussy with beds, great facilities and plenty of options for breakfast which was included, will stay again and highly recommend

My husband and I had the single beds room. The room was small but cosy. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was great quality. It also had an ac/heater which worked well. We were there only one night, but was impressed with the well equipped kitchen, lounge and bathroom complete with heat lamps.

The house is lovely with an old world charm and very spacious. It is set up very well, the rooms are clean. The only drawback is sharing a bathroom and kitchen with other guests but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast provided is generous and great to have included. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful old home, lovingly restored, well organised, quiet, comfortable and clean. Gwyny is a wonderful host, very generous and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble. Langley Cottage is hands down our favourite place to stay in Coonabarabran, it's a real treat to stay there, and we're looking forward to going back.

Great value for money. House is set up for self check in. Pantry stored with lots of options for food. Breakfast options included help yourself to bacon and eggs from the fridge. Bedroom was clean, tidy and comfy if a little dated. Highly recommend.
