"Great spot off the highway. Nice and quiet. Clean room and 24 hour fitness center. Great breakfast too. Friendly staff!"

"I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered. "The room could have been cleaner. The ac worked well but needs to be clean. My daughter and I both had a reaction to the room air. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. The staff were excellent and seemed to like their jobs. "

"Staff was nice and helpful, location wasn't ideal but nice none the less. Loved their options on bathroom amenities and their pillows were so comfortable! The pool was nice but very humid inside. All around, I give it a 7/10"

"Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep."

"Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. "
