"The breakfast was ery good. BW provided a good selection of breakfast foods and fruits. An added bonus was home baked cinnamon rolls, cookies at the front desk and other such treats.
Understaffing did not allow for full service in guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and had trash emptied in one occasion. Fresh towels were provided.
All personnel were professional and pleasant ...always willing to be of service."
"An extra charge was added to my credit card with no knowledge about the charge until I called the front desk at the hotel to inquire. I was told that an alarm clock
was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior! So maybe someone else took the alarm clock and blamed me?????An additional charge was unexpectedly added to my credit card without my prior knowledge. I discovered this when I called the hotel’s front desk to inquire about the charge. The representative informed me that an alarm clock had been missing from my room, as if I had taken it. This was an unacceptable practice by the hotel management, and it demonstrated a lack of transparency and honesty. It’s possible that someone else may have taken the alarm clock and falsely attributed the charge to me."
"There was a sparsely stocked walgreens across the street my only real comaint was it was super noisy...people woyld walk their dogs along the doors. Making other peoples dogs bark (obviously) and would stabd outside in thevparking lot talking loud as hell all hours of the night"
"Breakfast and treats were good. The Inn is under reconstruction so the outside is a disaster. Parts of the inside need renovation too. Our bathroom was not good."
