"My trip was cancelled due to a family emergency back in February. I informed the staff approximately 24 hours in advance in hopes of receiving some form of refund or accommodation. Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I expected a greater level of empathy from such a large corporation."
