"The room was clean. A bit small and decor was simple. Room lighting could be improved upon. Bathroom was large but we had trouble getting a hot shower. UK shower arrangements are often a puzzle. Separate hot water switches and not in the bathroom. Instructions would help for those guests that are unfamiliar. "Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. "Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs.
