This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely close to the city center. It is easy to get to on the metro. If you are looking for a busy hotel with people in the lobby having a drink this hotel likely isn’t it. I felt like I was the only person staying there during my visit.

Exceptional Customer Service

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Copenhagen. Arriving late the first night, we pretty much just wanted to go right to bed. We found a couple of things that we needed did not work and alerted the front desk the next morning. We were offered the only available room which was exceptionally comfortable, they moved our luggage while we were out and we were thrilled with the new accommodation especially since it was an anniversary trip.

GREAT HOTEL

Absolutely amazing sevice, I was in desperate need of a desk I could work on and the room I booked didn’t have one, so after 10 minutes had they put one in. The hotel is super cozy and cool with 31 rooms, the breakfast is great and feels very home made. Highly recommended. And one of the best locations in CPH.
