"Beautiful hotel in a marvelous setting. We only stayed one night but got to enjoy the hot springs. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet and service was excellent. Wish we had allowed ourselves another day at least."

Horrible &Incompetent
"The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and ..."
