"Had a really bad experience with the service this weekend for some reason but I called for towels and the trash and nobody never came with no new towels or to pick up the trash for hours so I had to dump my own trash and take my dirty towels to get new ones myself."

"We love coming here and will still be regulars because the staff and area are great. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to the bathroom condition — it didn’t seem properly cleaned, the shower had dark residue I hope it isn’t mold , the floors weren’t mopped, and the shower faucet was broken making it difficult to adjust the water randomly turns extremely hot. Still a nice place overall, and I hope this feedback helps maintain the usual standards. "

"Very nice staff the front desk staff is very accommodating. however the place is an infestation with roaches. I understand it is Florida but that is not acceptable they need to be shut down, The cleaning people is not doing a good job of cleaning the rooms I had a 4 day stay but ended up leaving sooner. I got waken up middle of the night at 4am to 4 roaches crawling on the wall had to immediately turn the light on to confirm. I then waited in my car for 3 hours until management got on site when the managers arrive he was a very Nice guy very understanding and accommodating he did move me to another room but the other room itself was the same thing I ended up checking out that SAME DAY INSTEAD just to go stay at a different hotel because it was unbelievable the amount of roaches I seen from the hallway walls elevator and rooms! They was just hanging out! "

"Very friendly staff! Comfy beds. Clean room. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was good. "

"Note: Self-service check-in. Check email/Expedia for pre- check-in info, including mandatory security deposit. Rooms ("tiny houses") are clean, spacious, well stocked for in-home cook/dine (no chopsticks though), and immersed in nature. Gardens have koi, parrots, fish, and a friendly cat. Very quiet; no events or classes hosted during our stay. HOWEVER, management is horrible. They rent out these houses on 2 websites, don't check for accidental double booking, provided us check-in information for the wrong house, and don't even live in the same country as their rental spaces! We only avoided walking in on a stranger in "our" rental space because the housekeeper told us this at point of arrival. We then had to wait outside in the mosquito-infested gardens (rental is close to the Everglades) for over an hour for this to be fixed, during which I got bit at least 6 times (and I'm horribly allergic to insect bites). I CANNOT recommend this place until management does better."

"The place was amazing, truly a gem. I enjoyed reading my book surrounded by nature. I booked the wrong dates. The team was extremely helpful in getting me reoriented and settled in. I appreciate the flexibility they offered. "
