"I’ve stayed in this hotel before ! This is our go to hotel when we go on and return from a cruise . It’s always clean and they have transportation to and from the ports & airport . My only complaint this time was the Creaky bed every time you moved in room 627 . That’s the first time that ever happened so still an overall great hotel ! I will return when I’m in Fort Lauderdale"

"Do not ever stay here or go through Expedia to stay here. There was a terrible storm and all flights were canceled so I couldn't get to FLL. I was very excited as it was a birthday trip and I had been to the resort the year before, this time in hopes of creating a tradition. However, since I could not get there I was looking to get some money back as I know there was a 72 hours rule. When I called the hotel first hung up on me. Then I called again and the manager said they would look into it but...
