Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place...
