Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, the open air design of the hotel lets you get a feeling of being up amongst the Pine trees in the mountains of Baguio. Staff were great, we loved every minute of our stay. Little negative, as with the rest of the Philippines, Wifi not the best in the room.

Nice corner room with a dual aspect view which made the room nice and light. Enjoyable breakfast with a lot of choice.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. We arrived at 3.30am and were offered an extra night at a reduced rate, which was very good as my wife and I were ready to sleep. The restaurant meals were a bit hit and miss as certain things were not available. The buffet breakfast was nice but a few more variations for the foreigner would help. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast staff and the room attendant.

The garden area and restaurant were excellent with matching service levels.

Ive stayed in a more expensive hotel than dreamwave before and also after my stay there but i can honestly recomend this place over the 2 hotels it has a lot more to offer and the staff are far more freindly... dont get me wrong the hotel has a few faults but i would definatley stay there again.. the rooms could do with a bit of updating esecially the bathrooms and the linning could do with being replaced a lot of it was ripped/damaged towels old mattress sunk to middle and i think the drainage...

We have enjoyed our stay the room is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Wifi and breakfast are excellent. The kitchenette was a bonus as I was able to cook talbos ng sayote which I have been craving for years and when I requested for some calamansi they came and gave me a few.

Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna. The apartment had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare...
