We booked the classic suite with a view on the sea, which was great. The rooms are completely new and really nice and give off a luxurious vibe while at the same time not being expensive. The owners are also very nice.
Downsides are that the hotel is not right at the beach and you have to walk 2-3 minutes to get there. Another thing is that you are at the start of the Las Penitas beach, and that nice restaurants/bars are about a 20 minutes walk away.
Overall we had a great stay and can...

A lovely hotel with beautiful views in a fantastic location. Las Peñitas is a wonderful place to visit, and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely room with view of church. Air conditioning worked well. Shower ok but not really hot enough. Breakfast yummy and v generous, fruit plate, local breakfast choice of eggs and juice.

Very beautiful colonial building, very well maintained. Walking distance to the centre and its historical landmarks. Beautiful rooms, with a great restaurant. Staff was incredibly friendly, truly the perfect place to stay in Leon!

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The hotel was well situated, making it easy to explore the area, and everything I needed for a relaxing visit was provided. I would happily stay here again.
