We were missing basic items like soap, and although the front desk said they’d bring some up, it never arrived. Breakfast was not good. The counters were messy, the floor sticky, and the coffee was either empty or cold. The air conditioner also wasn’t completely attached to the wall and made a constant clicking noise all night, which made it really hard to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless...

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "
