"Checked in late due to room not ready "

"They had fruit cups at breakfast which I hate. There was no fresh fruit except apples and bananas. Breakfast was just okay. Waffle line was extremely long and in the way of the other breakfast items. Move the waffle makers to a spot where they are by themselves and not causing a traffic jam in front of the other food. Also, the water in the bathroom took forever to get hot."

"The parking lot was pretty much full with big trucks and cones that made driving hard and parking even harder. The lady that checked me in seemed mad and never smiled. She would look at her screen and ask me questions while facing away from me. That made it hard to hear and upset her. The room looked old and kinda smelled. The couch cushions were looked so old and over used. I didn't want to sit on it. The sheets were not clean which was given away by their odor. The bathroom only had a half...

"Everything was very basic, from the property, room, breakfast all very basic. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was ok. The staff was exceptional. "

"We had a nice day. The rooms were nice and clean. The receptionist was nice, considerate, friendly, and very helpful. The only damn thing I didn’t like is they don’t clean the rooms as often as they should what I mean by that is make the beds take out the trash. "

"Horrible experience. I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had here. The staff seems like they hate their job. The manager — an older woman at the front desk — couldn’t have been more hostile. The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst. The pool looks nice, but the cleaning standards are not up to par. Many areas looked dirty. The beds were comfortable,...

"I was very disappointed with the room first the bath room didn't smell good it smell like pee on the floor and around the bath tub had mold i got two beds the first bed i notice the sheets weren't cleaned the sheet all the way to the bottom ones the room need to be air freshener .The only reason why i book this place it was near to the air force base .They need to improved on the toilet make sure its cleaned properly and check the linens. "

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"Everything was great including very good quality large bath towels. Not sure why you charge for parking when there is nothing around that would encroach on the properties parking spaces. Ok the parking was less than $5 but then why give out a bag with 2 waters in it at check in. How about free parking and no free water bottles!"
