"I found this hotel very beautiful. I had such a wonderful experience. The only factor that affected was the hospitality. I felt that staff sometimes did not want to be bothered with questions or requests. However, this did not apply to the bartenders and pool/beach servers. I do wish they had an elevator, especially when you or the 3rd floor, but that wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. The food, beach, pool, entertainment, and room were amazing. Will definitely be back!"

"Shawn at the privilege beach was just an awesome person. Sometimes it was just him, and he never seemed annoyed or bothered by everyone and their requests. He was ALWAYS pleasant. Bobita and Carlene at the premier club were just a joy to work with. I like that they organized the hotel in a way that allowed you to be in one area and enjoy all the amenities.... bowling, virtual gaming, club, ice cream, and dinning. I am a foodie so all inclusive have always been a disappointment, because let's be honest, mass produced food is meh However, I enjoyed most of the food I had here. Had some great fish dishes. I was disappointed that as a privilege member I had to pay additional for lobster. However, I will be back. "
