The ladies at the front desk were right on top of anything we needed and very courteous, Freddy the bar tender mixed the perfect alcohol free drinks for us and had great dining suggestions, Antonio was always looking out for us when we were outside and put away our paddle boards when we came back late, Tuff Enuff snorkel tour was excellent and they accommodated us for any water needs! Loved our time there and we will be back!"

"I loved our stay at Coco Beach Resort—it was perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We visited in early November, the resort was wonderfully quiet and we had the pools to ourselves most days. The resort is very family-friendly, with lots of space and activities. The pools and hot tub were clean and spacious, and our kid especially loved the slide and rock jumping area. The outdoor spaces were lovely and relaxing. Our two-bedroom condo was large, comfortable, and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Housekeeping came every other day, which kept everything feeling fresh. Coco Beach is about 15–20 minutes from San Pedro by golf cart, and you’ll definitely need a cart since nothing is within walking distance—we enjoyed exploring the island this way. We truly loved this resort. It’s one of our favourites for its comfort, fun, and tranquility. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed stay on Ambergris Caye."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and the food we ate at the resort was very good! Only downside was an issue we had with a 3rd party they use to go deep sea fishing. We paid extra for a larger boat but got the same boat that came with the package that was $350 cheaper. We tried to get this resolved with the staff before leaving since they were closed but they weren’t able to do anything. A week later we heard back from the company and they did not help and actually blocked my boyfriend after he explained what happened as wrong…. So don’t use the company they are associated with for fishing, or if you do make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for prior to the trip. "
