"Room was dirty. We tried setting up the sofa bed as soon as we got there and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had blood stains and the back of the mattress as it unfolded was yellow and smelled !!! Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told they were sold out. Was given the option of changing the sheets or getting a refund 😵💫 Horrible experience. However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated. "

"The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. "

"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty. Sheets were stained. Bath tub was dirty. No toilet paper. Breakfast was horrible and very short on everything. Both days breakfast ran out quickly. Housekeeper went in to “clean” and the room was still the same. Don’t recommend. All the positive reviews must be fake. "

"Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone "
