"The staff is amazing… helpful at every return! Adam, our bartender, is such a joy! The property is very nice, well situated in a quiet neighborhood and in beautiful condition. The bathroom is relatively small, but not unexpected. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and mimosas!!!"

"The woman at the front desk, Matilda, was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to see and a superb restaurant to visit for dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a second coffee machine with a full hotel and 20 people having breakfast. One machine was not sufficient."

"Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony. Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property. Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"
