The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff is very helpful, they went above and beyond. Language is an issue, but it is Spain and we all should try to speak the native tongue. We travelled following the storms in Sierra Nevada in February. The staff at Bibo were amazing, keeping us well informed throughout and even managing to arrange alternative accommodation for us on a day where we were unable to enter the resort! Very impressive!
