The indoor spa is an additional charge and by appointment only, they have limited hours for children so we never got the opportunity to visit it. It seems like they advertise many amenities but it’s not accessible for restricted.

I understand that it was February, but the hotel was really not welcoming. The weather was nice, but there was not really any table and chairs outside apart a few in front the main area. The swimming pool was closed, what it's normal for February, but with a fence around it. It really looks terrible! ...
