Long distance, narrow and no footpath makes walking impossible. The local bus service should be avoided. Infrequent and I have been on more comfortable roller coasters. We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive.
