"After always attending this hotel I have had some bad times, but this time was brilliant. The staff were attentive, very helpful. The man at breakfast and dinner clearing the tables always made my little one smile and greeted him! The room was more up to date this time, and the view was outstanding! The pool was beautiful as always. Food was good, could be a little more selection but for the price! Was amazing. Perfecta !!"

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."

"Fantastic boutique hotel in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera, with very convenient parking (close to the hotel) and the ability to drop off and collect your luggage from the hotel entrance. Breakfast in delightful garden and very nice pool on the top level. Get the hotel to book your parking spot for the best rates."

"The hotel was great! We were less than 100 yards from beach access. The hotel check in and out was fast and easy. I am an English only speaker with minimum Spanish. It was bit hard getting around the area not speaking Spanish."
