"Primeiro nos acomodaram em um quarto onde a descarga do banheiro não tinha pressão. Tínhamos que jogar água com balde. Havia apenas uma toalha disponível para um quarto triplo e não tinha piso de chão para a porta do box. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e fomos para outro quarto onde o ar condicionado fazia mais barulho que um helicóptero. Ainda esqueceram de fazer a limpeza do quarto quando solicitamos. Só conseguimos substituir as toalhas na última noite."

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."
