"We’ve stayed here many times before with our pups for the Sea Dogs Bark in the Park event and have loved it! But this stay was definitely different and very disappointing. I don’t know if we’ll be back. - There was only one staff member checking people in on a busy Saturday causing a line in the lobby. That person was also really patronizing when asking standard check in questions. - The room looked clean but the floor desperately needs a good scrub and thorough vacuum. My socks were dirty and covered in other dogs’ hair after a couple hours. (My dogs don’t shed!) - Overnight our (possibly underage and drinking?) neighbors were SO loud, so rude and very inconsiderate. I could hear parts of the conversation about having their ID’s ready. We called the front desk twice to ask for help and literally NOTHING was done. No call to the room, no knock on their door. I didn’t feel like being the crazy person taking it into my own hands so I plugged my ears and slept for maybe an hour or two all night. I was sick for two days after getting home. - Breakfast was bad. My dog literally turned his nose away at the eggs and he LOVES eggs. All the plastic ware was face up (not handle up) so everyone touches the side you put in your mouth when grabbing one. The oj cartons were frozen solid. - They overcharged me for my pet fee. $50 for one night when everywhere I checked it says $25. "

"I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why I think is why I give it an excellent review."

"Clean room, enjoyed the free amenities that were offered. Staff were friendly especially the doorman/women. Convenient coffee shop next door. And great restaurants just a few step around the corner."

"Decent location with plenty of things around. Not much of a lobby specially if you get there early or are to check out a little early - non accommodative - $30 charge for requesting an early checkin (60 minutes prior) and also a charge for later checkout. Had a person sprawled out across 4 chairs in the lobby … Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Hot Breakfast was waffles, runny scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage … "

"My husband and I made a reservation the day before and paid as I arrived the Frunt deck as for a additional card, had a $50 dollar extra charged, I called for clarification Valerie was no able to ilústrate the charge!"

"This room was clean and it’s the best price in the area. Room was big. Staff was attentive, shower pressure was good, we got a decent sleep. Great place to lay your head for a night. "

"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!"
