"- pool was not cleaned properly - food in restaurant is expensive - unlimited breakfast but you have to order and wait - room was good , hot water available - pool timing is limited until 7pm "

We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. The caring approach of the staff towards her wellbeing was nothing short of exceptional."

My room key was misplaced and I was charged 300 for a new key. Never did I have to return the card key. On a brighter side, the staff was very courteous, when we had breakfast. "
