"The staff here is fantastic and they are very friendly and very helpful as well. Housekeeping checks to see if you need room service almost every day. And the prices are average and the room was super clean and very comfortable as well. "

"The place needs a lot of maintenance. Broken locks, damaged and poorly painted doors, and worn-out mattresses. The showers also need maintenance. Towels were stained and dirty, and the in-room coffee maker was dirty as well. The TV does not have enough channels, and the remote controls do not work. Breakfast consisted only of bread, coffee, and donuts. Nothing worked properly. I was moved to a different room twice, and most of the rooms were in the same condition."

"The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. My dog was constantly barking our entire stay. Maybe place dogs at the end of the hall or even on the second floor if possible. I would have asked for another room but we were only staying one night. "
