"I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the spa facilities. The online advertisement states that the hotel has spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

"Fantastic B&B. Set in a quiet location with a stunning backdrop. The Garden Room has an open view of the mountains and there’s also a small chill room to relax and take in those views regardless of what room you’re staying in. John and Patricia were excellent hosts, very attentive and periodically checking that all is ok. Nice breakfast in a cozy room.
